The role of the
Customer Service Assistant
is to provide a un-complicated journey for
customers
; producing quotations and processing orders in a fast and effective manner
Responsibilities
Support the
Customer service
team across all platforms
Provide general administrative duties
Undertake general order processing and raising quotes.
Support the Customer Service team in hitting service targets and enhancing overall customer experience.
Provide a timely and friendly service for all incoming inquiries, orders, and support needs.
Accurately process sales orders and handle all related administrative duties
Support customer engagement by maintaining regular contact with customers according to agreed schedules
Ideal Person
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills
Customer focused attitude
Have an interest in the Tech industry
Customer Service experience
(desirable)
Hours of work are on a shift rotation basis between 8.30am-8pm
Hyrbid working will be available once training is complete
