As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships and opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including entering new markets and launching new products.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by offering insights, resources, and strategies to help achieve targets.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and industry experts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the packaging industry.
