QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Epping, Essex
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years.
- *They are a really supportive firm with a nice family feel, looking to take on a personable team member! The firm has on-site parking, they offer WFH, and have a really impressive bonus structure of 25% of fees billed over target in 6 month period.
The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
