Senior FP&A - 8 month contract

Cobalt is currently supporting one of the leading Global Real Estate Investment Managers in their search for an FP&A consultant on an 8-month contract.
Our client is looking for a Finance Analyst to support on the delivery of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the FP&A Director on the end-to-end quarterly financial planning process, including the 5-year plan and budget
- Variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Cashflow modelling
- Business partner across various stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies
Requirements:
- FP&A experience
- Investment Management industry experience
- Commercial acumen
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
