Reward Administrator

Reed are currently working with a Professional Services client of ours based close to Old Street Station to find a temp to sit within their Rewards team, specifically their Equity division. You would be working on a 3 month initial contract with the expectation it will be extended and the possibility to go permanent. The function is going through an exciting period of change and there will be scope to get involved in large transformation projects for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the company's rewards plans, including stock options and other equity awards, using Carta.
  • Process rewards transactions (grants, exercises, releases) and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist employees with rewards-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
  • Prepare and distribute equity-related reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Senior Compensation Manager, People Operations and other members of the Rewards Team to support the overall compensation strategy.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and advisors as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or reward administration, preferably in a fast-paced company
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Reward platforms
  • Experience with Carta or Workday is a strong plus
  • An awareness of equity compensation (or at least Rewards) practices and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
