Salary: £25k to £30K

Our client is looking for a committed and passionate individual to join their residential lettings department as a LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR, to be based in their New Malden office.

Enthusiasm, excellent communication, organisational skills and lettings experience are essential for this LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR position. The candidate will need to work on all elements of the lettings process, being able to balance their time efficiently between competing demands. Attention to detail and working to a deadline is part of the daily routine and key to the success of the role.

Working Hours: Full time Monday to Friday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High standard of customer care and service provision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
  • To have good IT skills and to be a proficient user of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A full driving licence and own car.

LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR JOB SPECIFICATION

This role is varied and challenging, with responsibility extending to all aspects of the Lettings process. The role will include:

  • Dealing with Landlord, Tenant and Applicant enquiries.
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective Tenants.
  • Undertaking routine property inspections and dealing with matters of property maintenance.
  • Supporting the promotion of the Lettings team and wider business.
  • Advising on matters of regulatory compliance.
  • Preparing new properties for marketing.
  • Preparing Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices.
  • Day-to-day property management through use of Lettings management IT system.
