Business Support Administrator
We have partnered with a growing business who are specialists within the food and catering industry and are looking to expand their administration team, this is a permanent, full time role working 9.00-5.00 on site based in their Worcestershire office.
As a Business Support Administrator you will provide efficient administrative support to the team, we are looking for candidates who thrive in fast paced environments and can work to tight deadlines.
Duties as a Business Support Administrator will include:
- Provide efficient administration support to the procurement team.
- Provide high quality customer service over the phone and email.
- Opening customer supply accounts within the agreed SLA timescales.
- Analysing and processing data in relevant systems.
- Maintaining multiple system databases accurately.
- Coordinating sales support within agreed timescales.
To be considered as Business Support Administrator you will require:
- Administration experience with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and numeracy skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
