Food Production Operatives

Rural South Kent
£11.44 - £12.55 per hour (Shift dependant)
My client, a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their thriving team, with a variety of different shifts and working stations available (mornings, afternoons, and nights)!
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a high level of attention to detail, previous experience working within a food production environment is preferred but not essential, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload!
Duties include:
- Prepare
production
in accordance with
daily order sheets
*
- Prepare all raw materials
so they're ready for
production
*
- Stacking
all finished
products
, and any other
manual handling
required.
- Escalating any stoppages
, faults, or imperfections.
- Always adhering to all
health and safety/hygiene guidelines
*
- Any other duties required.
The right candidate will have / be:
- Experience working within the
food manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential.
- A strong team player.
- Computer literate.
- Helpful, reliable, and confident.
- Quick and methodical.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Flexible and proactive.
- Own transport is preferred as there is no public transport links accessible to this area.
