CPA and CTR Coordinator

Are you an experienced administrator with at least two years' experience within an administration environment. If so, join Gateway Recovery Centre as a CPA and CTR Co-Ordinator where you will provide and maintain a high standard of administrating and documenting the Care Programme Approach.

As the CPA and CTR Co-Ordinator you will be liaising with the Mental Health Act Admin department to prepare, plan and coordinate CPA and CTR meetings for service users. This will include setting dates of the meetings, preparing and sending out invitations to all relevant parties, booking rooms and hospitality for the meetings, collating and typing up any necessary documents and preparing and distributing all completed packs to the relevant parties.

Other responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the meetings and record all attendees.
  • After the meeting, to gather all documentation and type the whole document.
  • Ensuring that all reports are read and signed by the relevant disciplines.
  • Preparing and updating the CPA/CTR timetable and distribute to the wards on a regular basis.
  • Filing all completed packs and archive as necessary.
  • Liaising with external agencies regarding the continuing care of the patients as required.
  • Assisting in maintaining a high standard in office practice/procedures, including filing systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent (including English)
  • 2 years previous experience of administration/office systems
  • Word Processing qualification
  • European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Knowledge of the CPA and national guidelines
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Plan and prioritise workload
  • Excellent organisational skills

Location: Bennett's Lane, Widnes, Warrington, WA8 0GT

You will be working at the Gateway Recovery Centre, a state-of-the-art facility, providing care for men and women with complex mental health requirements to reduce risk behaviours associated with mental health conditions so that people in your care can ultimately live successful and fulfilling lives within the community.

The service is split into four distinct areas:

  • Male Autism Service for the challenging and complex needs of adults with Autism and Asperger's syndrome
  • Assessment and rehabilitation for women with complex mental health needs and personality difficulties
  • Specialist inpatient service for older men with complex mental health and physical health needs.
  • Low secure care setting for men with a mental illness with or without personality disorder/mild learning disabilities

You will be working alongside the team with the aim to improve the mental health and wellbeing of service users, to help them develop and maintain healthy relationships with others.
