Customer Service Administrator

An established and growing retail company based in Barnet are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is organised and self-motivated with strong communication skills.

This role will involve working alongside the Sales Director and will suit someone that is passionate to provide excellent customer service, and that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is office based but can be flexible re working hours.

Key Duties:

  • Be responsible and manage certain supplier accounts, providing customers with quotations
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers via phone or email delivering great customer service
  • Utilise supplier's online software quoting programmes and obtain accurate prices
  • Utilise the CRM system to manage efficient customer interactions
  • Support the sales team in meeting their day to day needs
  • Any other administrative tasks required

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 years similar experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a team and show imitative
  • Self-motivated and methodical
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
