Project Architect

£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Package + Hybrid + Training & Development + Progression
This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified Part 3 Architect to join a growing architectural practice who work on a range of interesting projects in the public sector, who have a strong focus on development and look to provide a plethora of training opportunities.

This growing yet established practice offer a full range of design services to a diverse mixture of clientele. They offer support throughout all the RIBA stages which allows them to support clients throughout the entire process. This company are an industry leading, blue chip construction company, who specialise in niche projects with the NHS, the Police-force and all types of specialist projects.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, you'll be responsible for getting an understanding of client briefs and main requirements of their project. You will be responsible for preparing concepts and developing designs for the project proposals. As well as that you will be liaising with on-site teams and clients to ensure technical drawings meet specification and ensure projects are running smoothly. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be preparing tender presentations and submitting the applications.
The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified Part 3 Architect with experience working on commercial projects and is fully proficient in Revit, who also holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to their sites nationwide.

The Person:
- Recently qualified Part 3 Architect
- Minimum 1 year post qualification experience
- Proficient in Revit
- Commutable distance to their office in Stockport
- Full UK drivers license
