Our client is a highly successful pensions company, and they now need an Administrator to join their busy team to assist with a scanning project. They require a temp for approximately 2/3 months starting ASAP. We are, therefore, looking for someone who prides themselves in their organisational skills and their attention to detail when undertaking repetitive tasks. Working hours, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM or 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
You will also need to undergo a DBS and credit reference assessment before commencing the role.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Sorting and organising of working files
- Ensuring all paper files are in order ready for scanning
- Providing extra administrative support to the team as required
