Due to expansion, my client is seeking a sales driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their established team based in Coventry. You will report to the Branch Manager who leads by example and has a proactive leadership and management style. Together, as a team, you will deliver the very best candidates in the local market to your clients. This is a ever-changing fact paced environment so it is essential that you already work in a similar role to this one.
Blending sales, service and admin within a full 360 cycle you will need to be well organised, with great organisational and communication skills and be able to juggle who is where and when so to speak....Payroll is done at HQ so you will only need to chase up late /missing timesheets and deal with pay queries /holiday requests etc. You are well supported in branch to be the best you can be and enjoy the culture and fun environment along the way.
