Site Manager

A fantastic new opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team at our hub in Tipton. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with current CDM regulations and Clients Requirements. You'll be working on some of our exciting project for our biggest customers in the water industry.

What's the role:

  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Clients Requirements, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  • Conduct monthly audits and inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the work being undertaken, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to secure permits for street work, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Organize efficient traffic management systems, including traffic lights, road closures, and other necessary measures, to minimize disruptions and maintain safety on-site.

What you will need:

  • Required certifications: ILM Level in Leadership and Management or equivalent, Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator, Supervisor Streetworks, SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene, Valid First Aid, IOSH Managing Safety.
  • Preferred experience with overhead power lines (GS6).
  • Strong background in deep excavation and trench support.
  • Mechanical and electrical experience would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Full Uk Driving License
