AlertSystems have a Sales Ledger vacancy (100% site based)
Sales Ledger role -
- Producing invoices and credit notes
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Running customer statements
- Customer credit checking
- Providing month end customer reports
- Ad hoc duties as required including taking credit card payments over the phone
Essential skills -
- Previous experience of working in Sales Ledger is desirable (preferably 1+ years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Numerical competency.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Good keyboard skills.
AlertSystems offers -
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (site based).
- £24,000 p.a. - £26,000 p.a.
- 22 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
