As a Senior Manager, you will maintain and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met and exploring commercial, tax, and business planning opportunities. You will lead a team providing outsourcing and compliance services, collaborate with other lead relationship contacts, and report to the Head of Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead relationship contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Manage, lead and mentor a team.
  • Enhance the quality and value of the services we provide.
  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met and exploring commercial, tax, and business planning opportunities.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proactive approach to tasks, whether large or small.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Skilled in identifying and converting opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about building relationships and getting to know people.
