Salary: £65,000 - £85,000

As a Senior Manager, you will maintain and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met and exploring commercial, tax, and business planning opportunities. You will lead a team providing outsourcing and compliance services, collaborate with other lead relationship contacts, and report to the Head of Department.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead relationship contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
- Manage, lead and mentor a team.
- Enhance the quality and value of the services we provide.
- Maintain and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met and exploring commercial, tax, and business planning opportunities.
Experience
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proactive approach to tasks, whether large or small.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
- Skilled in identifying and converting opportunities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Passionate about building relationships and getting to know people.
