Due to rapid growth, our client is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join the Client Services team. This role will suit an ambitious career starter who would like to build their future in the financial services industry

About the Client
We are an independent finance provider dedicated solely to high-end vehicle finance offering bespoke specialist finance for modern-day cars, supercars, classic cars and historic cars to private individuals and businesses.

What we are looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised candidate who has the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment and manage internal & external relationships.
You will need to work with great attention to detail and be able to work well in a team as well as on your own initiative.
Outstanding communication and time-management skills are paramount in this role.
This role is office based in North London.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Client Services team with ah-hoc duties
  • Opening and distributing post
  • Filing; updating data on the internal system
  • Taking and distributing calls to the right teams
  • Managing shared inboxes and ensuring any outstanding tasks are assigned or completed
  • Production of welcome packs, execution letters and any other documentation
  • Financial interest checks and removal of interest; clearance letters
  • Live tracker checks
  • Introducer set up (invitation to quoting system for new staff)
  • Proposals checks; removal of untaken proposals
  • Other administrative duties

Candidate requirements:

  • Admin/support experience is desired, but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Show initiative to work alone as well as in a team
  • Good IT skills

Remuneration

  • £25k base salary competitive dependent on experience.
