TimePlan Education are seeking a dynamic and dedicated ICT Teacher to join a vibrant coeducational secondary school in Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and educate students in the field of ICT. The position is a maternity cover starting in September and will span the entire academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive ICT lessons to secondary school students.
- Plan, prepare, and assess students' work, ensuring progress and achievement.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school's extracurricular activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ICT curriculum and advancements in the subject area.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching ICT at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of the ICT curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
