Job Purpose:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and business advisory services
- Providing strategic advice to clients and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial success
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and supporting their development

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy practice
- Qualified by experience also considered
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing senior staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and the ability to drive business development initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
