Our client is looking for local people who are interested in a career in electronics manufacturing. It woudl be beneficial if you have worked in electrical or mechancial manufacturing and have a genuine interest in a long term career within manufacturing. Our client can provide some training and will be open to people considering a career change - the role does require close work electrical assembly so please read the job description below.

- Attention to detail.
- Good hand skills and eyesight.
- Competence in hand assembly work.
- Experience in the handling of electronic assemblies (ESD, EOS, safe handling).- ESSENTIAL
- Understanding of relevant procedures, standards, engineering and technical documentation.
- Experience of using common test equipment.
- Preferred - Experience of soldering and rework of soldering related faults.
- Preferred - IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.
- Basic Knowledge of electronic component types and polarities.
- Knowledge of company systems and policies.
- A thorough awareness of any safety issues.
- Computer literate
