PART TIME FINANCE ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY) - IMMEDIATE START

My client are an award winning PR and Marketing company with over 30 years experience specialising in the B2B Technology markets in the UK, Europe and North America.

They are currently looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis (minimum 3 months) to support them with maintaining the purchase and sales ledgers, and various reconciliations.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting purchase invoices to system and managing their progress through the internal approval process
  • Reconciling purchase invoices to POs and coding the invoices
  • Inputting purchase invoice payments onto online banking system
  • Managing monthly staff credit card statements and expenses, and logging onto the agency's management system
  • Assisting Account Managers with setting up jobs, quotes and purchase orders
  • Raising monthly invoices for clients on the agency management system
  • Running reports and analysing data to help with agency management, resourcing, and profitability
  • Management of office supplies including stationery, water etc
  • Answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Any other general duties deemed reasonable by the Napier Directors

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and will be able to undertake duties with minimal supervision. You will be detail orientated and methodical in your approach to working and be able to prioritise your workload effectively to meet company deadlines.

What's on offer:

£15/hour

Hybrid working (1-2 days from home)

3+ month temporary assignment
