Recruitment Business Partner

UBT provide many business services including corporate training, consulting, accounting, logistics, insurance and group buying services to a network of approximately 1000 independent family run companies across the UK.

In April 2018, we launched an in-house recruitment consultancy to these businesses and continue to grow. We deliver an end to end recruitment service to all these community businesses that require our support.

Typically the businesses we support are UK-wide, SME, family-owned businesses and the majority of the positions we support them with are standard business function roles such as sales, finance, marketing, procurement and business support roles to provide a few examples. In 2023 we launched UBT Labour, a new division focusing on the industrial workforce placing the likes of warehouse operatives, drivers and fitters for example. This year we launched UBT Executive recruitment which is a higher touch professional C-Suite recruitment offering.

We now require a further recruitment professional to carry out the whole recruitment service delivery, sourcing and client relationship management on behalf of the community businesses.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient at consultative sales, a client-centric trusted advisor with exceptional communication skills.

This is a multi-sector, multi-discipline offering

Requirements

  • Delivery of full end to end recruitment service managing a portfolio of live roles anywhere between 10-20 positions simultaneously.
  • Consultative support and advice.
  • Ability to work a variety of different role disciplines across many sectors.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Candidate sourcing, attraction, engagement and management
  • Provide first class customer service
  • Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring job briefs are realistic and individuals are recruited within the timeframes specified
  • Vetting candidates comprehensively to ensure only the best available talent with the right values and work-ethic are considered

Experience

  • Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years plus recruitment delivery experience
  • Customer first mindset.
