Key Responsibilities:

- Assist fee earners in the Employment and Litigation department.
- Prepare legal documents and materials for trial proceedings.
- Draft a variety of letters and conduct comprehensive legal research.
- Communicate with lawyers and clients to keep all parties informed.
- Attend client meetings and site visits, taking detailed notes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the fee earner.
- Relay messages accurately and make necessary telephone calls.
- Type dictations as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous experience in a paralegal role, particularly within litigation or employment law.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
