Facilities/Villa Manager (Registered Nurse)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities/Villa Manager, registered with an active NMC, to join their dedicated care home team in Wilmslow SK9.

Position: Facilities/Villa Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location: Wilmslow SK9

Salary: Up to £21.50 per hour

Note: Applicants must be fully vaccinated.

Responsibilities:

  • Take on the responsibility for overseeing the safe and efficient operations of the villa, ensuring optimal performance from the supervised staff.
  • Report directly to the General Manager and supervise the management of all staff within the care home.
  • Implement care home policies consistently through documented procedures, completing scheduled audits in a timely manner, and creating remedial action plans to achieve 100% compliance every quarter.
  • Ensure compliance with health and social care regulations while maximizing the financial capabilities of the villa.
  • Maintain an annual occupancy rate of at least 95% and achieve 100% of the Standard Room Tariff each year.
  • Maintain staff turnover below 20% during the review period and keep sickness absence below 5% annually.
  • Ensure 100% roster compliance and effectively implement business continuity plans when necessary.
  • Maintain a staff behavior modification incident rate below 5%.
  • Ensure timely submission of formal notifications every quarter and prevent any avoidable incidents, accidents, and falls throughout the year.
  • Achieve minimum ratings from external evaluation bodies such as CQC Inspections, Results of Compliance Inspections, with excellent ratings and no compliance remedial actions required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Essential: Proven experience as a Villa/Facilities Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide concise and accurate information.
  • Strong focus on the business's bottom line, understanding the impact of actions taken.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of skills, knowledge, and work methods.
  • Understanding and prioritization of customer needs and expectations.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to identify opportunities without waiting for instructions.
