Claire's School Solutions are currently recruiting for a year 2 teacher to work in a lovely school in the Alfreton area. Starting from the end of September, you will be teaching half a year 2 class in the mornings, and the full class in the afternoons. This role ends at the end of the next academic year (2025).
As a supply teacher, you will be required to arrive in school at 8:15am and will be expected to adhere to school policies and follow the school's behaviour strategies. You must also have a good knowledge of the curriculum and will be able to build solid relationships with the pupils.
It is essential to have:
- A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Previous UK experience working in a primary education environment.
- Have an understanding of safeguarding.
- A passion for working and supporting children's learning.
- Have a positive impact on pupil's progress.
- Commitment to development of all pupils.
Skills:

- An ability to engage children in stimulating lessons.
- To be resilient and able to take regular responsibility for agreed learning.
