Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with an independent business based in the Fareham / Gosport area .

Our client are leading specialist in their field and due to a busy period they are now looking for additional support within the administration team

This role will be varied and half of your time will be spent supporting a specialist team with administrative tasks , the other half of your time will be spent auditing internally to ensure that regulations are being met

As an Administrator & Auditor

  • You will receive instruction from the internal team as well as the customer directly which you will then act upon immediately whilst providing excellent customer services
  • You will process work to be completed onto the internal system and raise a request for the goods to be installed / maintained
  • You will work with supervisors to manage the maintenance contracts and ensure all equipment is booked in and maintained throughout the year
  • You will liaise directly with a team of operatives to schedule and plan routes for them to complete work, whilst managing the diaries
  • You will provide costs for the work to be completed and raise purchase orders thereafter
  • You will see the process through to Invoice stage
  • You will be responsible for three internal Audits ensuring that documents are correct, before the external auditors come , this will include liaising with suppliers and any parties related to working with the business to gather and update H & S risk, ISO and legislation documentation , prepare documents for auditing , chase outstanding documents , cross check documents to ensure its up to date and ensure there is the correct paper trail .

The ideal Administrator/ Auditor will have / be

  • This is a fast-paced environment with attention to detail being paramount
  • You will need exceptional customer service skills
  • Will be well organised
  • You will have excellent administration skills and experience
  • you will have previous experience in auditing previously in some form
  • Previous experience of working within Scheduling/ planning would be preferred but isnt essential
