We are pleased to be working exclusively with our market leading client, who are looking for an Office Manager to join their friendly team in their gorgeous offices in Chester!

Are you a seasoned legal secretary with experience in managing a professional office? Our client, a leading legal services provider, is seeking an Office Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of the legal department. This super role suits someone with lots of energy and personality!

Salary: £26,000

Location: Chester city centre

Hours: 37.5 hours - flexi-time available

Duration: Temporary to permanent opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare letters and emails for solicitors and managers.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Support various teams within the department, including the privacy/GDPR team.
  • Coordinate Teams and Zoom calls for solicitors and managers.
  • Manage office responsibilities such as fire alarm testing, parking rota, attendance records, leave planner, and office supplies.
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages within the department.
  • Ensure smooth running of all office routines.
