This role is full-time, working 37 hours per week.
Day to day duties of the role
- As the Aspiration and Excellence Coordinator, your role is to actively promote, develop, support, and participate in competitions aimed at enhancing teamwork, collaboration, and intrinsic motivation among learners throughout the faculty.
- To advocate for the Competence to Excellence framework throughout the faculty, demonstrating and supporting the application of the framework within various programs.
- To aid in the development and implementation of adult curriculums, ensuring that the impact of these programs aligns with their intended goals.
- To support the faculty's enhancement qualification offerings, ensuring timely success, implementation, and high quality throughout the faculty.
equired skills and qualifications
- A Teaching Qualification at level 4 and above.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively promote and champion the Competence to Excellence framework.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
