Job Overview:
Our client is an insurance company that provides claims handling and audit services to insurers, MGAs, reinsurers, and brokers in the Lloyd's and London Insurance Market. They are seeking a claims handler to work in the London City Office.
Main Duties:
- Process claims notifications via London Market electronic systems.
- Support MI production and KPIs.
- Proofread audit reports and assist with audit exhibits.
- Aid in business development through proposals.
- Assist senior management with meetings and events.
- Help improve the company's social media presence.
Essential Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in London Market within Claims
- Strong claims knowledge (non-marine preferred).
- Use of ECF and IMR
- Progression with CII qualifications - advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Strong English and Maths education.
What you need to know:
- Salary around £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working - around 3 days a week in the office
