My Client is seeking a

HR Administrator

to join their HR function team reporting into the Head of HR

Hybrid working

Free parking on site

Cambridge shire

HR Administrator

Main key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates and write to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Coordination and collation of monthly payroll
  • Inform relevant individuals and departments about new staff members
  • Manage and co-ordinate the induction programme
  • First point of contact for all HR quires

Qualifications

  • A good standard of education including Maths and English GCSEs Grade A*- C (or equivalent) or Level 3 NVQ in a relevant subject (Business Administration for example)
  • CIPD level 3 Human Resources
