Prestige Cars Kent is a well-established leader in the automotive industry, known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We specialise in high end car sales and are looking for a talented Data & Marketing Analyst to join our team.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Database Management:

Manage and maintain customer data quality to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Implement best practices for data entry, storage, and retrieval.

Analysis & Trend Reporting:

Conduct detailed analysis and trend reporting to identify patterns and insights that inform business strategies. Provide regular reports on market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance.

Interpret Data and Provide Key Insights:

Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions. Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Advertising Spend ROI by Channel:

Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of advertising spend across various channels. Use data to optimize budget allocation and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Track Website Performance:

Monitor and analyse website performance metrics. Optimize web pages to increase lead volume, enhance user experience, and improve conversion rates.

Manage Website Content:

Liaise with external partners to ensure web optimization, including finance integrations, image & video integrations, booking tools, and other third-party solutions.

SEO/PAID Management:

Work with external SEO agency to optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Collaborate with external paid media agency to optimize spend on Google and Meta.

Oversee Integrations with Key Aggregator Platforms:

Ensure smooth customer journeys on key aggregator platforms (e.g., Autotrader). Promptly identify and rectify bugs, issues, and broken links.

Lead Monitoring and Management:

Utilize dashboard tools to track and monitor leads. Collaborate closely with our online call centre team to monitor the dashboard of online leads, ensuring timely follow-up and optimizing lead conversion processes.

Maintain Dashboards:

Maintain dashboards, notably our enquiry dashboard, completing customer outcomes to produce accurate funnel-based statistics. Maintain call menu and call overflow services, and report issues.

DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED DUE TO LOCATION.

Hours: M-F 8.30-5.30pm (office based)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or data analysis, preferably in the motor trade or automotive industry, but in a B2C space at a minimum.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including GoogleAnalytics, Google Ads, SEO tools and email marketing software.

Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools to manage and optimise the lead conversion process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the motor trade industry.

Certification in GoogleAnalytics, Google Ads, or other relevant marketing certifications.
