About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead front-of-house operations and internal events for our stylish, modern private offices and shared workspaces in the heart of Cheltenham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming enquiries via face-to-face, phone, and email
- Actively promote partnerships and events
- Serve as the face of the company, providing friendly and professional front-of-house and reception cover
- Create and manage events for our business community, ensuring effective promotion and marketing
- Positively engage with colleagues, tenants, and visitors
- Manage basic health and safety measures, following company protocols (training provided)
- Perform various front-of-house, event, and administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills across face-to-face, written, and telephone interactions
- Exceptional organisational skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- A strong level of resilience with the ability to not "sweat the small stuff!
- Previous experience in events is a plus, but we welcome those with the right passion and attributes
- A people person with a positive and engaging demeanour
