Your Role:
- Manage daily store operations.
- Build customer relationships.
- Explore new business opportunities.
- Open Day Preparation/Product demonstrations
- Order Processing
- Inventory Management
- Customer Assistance
- Alarm callout
- Telephoning existing and new customers
- Identify and report any safety hazards or security issues to store management
The ideal candidate would be:
- Experience in D.I.Y. store or trade store and/or construction, tools, or automotive industries is a plus
- Enthusiastic
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Practical and Self sufficient
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- PC literate
- Committed
- Outgoing and approachable.
- Sales-focused
