Key Responsibilities:
- Chase overdue/aged debt via phone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt payments and effective query resolution
- Manage a clean ledger and minimise overdue debt
- Proactively handle customer and internal queries through to resolution
