Recruitment Resourcer

??? Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and telephone screening
  • Maintain candidate records and update the CRM/ATS
  • Formatting CV's to send to clients
  • Assist consultants with interview coordination and candidate management
  • Build and maintain talent pools for key roles
  • Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and candidate availability

? Requirements

  • Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using job boards, and recruitment systems
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

?? Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing or logistics industries
