Talent and Learning Officer x 3
Start date: Oct/Nov 2025
Rate: £280 - 325 per day – Negotiable based on experience
Duration: 6 months initially (likely to extend)
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday
Working pattern: Predominately remote working - with some onsite visits
Our client is looking for three Talent and Learning Officer's, that share a passion for development and are looking to appoint several roles within the team looking at different areas of responsibility.
The areas these roles will cover are:
- Early talent – development of internal talent through Early Careers including Apprenticeships, Graduates, Work Experience and placements, looking at career pathways and organisational agility and transferable skills for our workforce
- Performance development – to enhance our mechanisms to support the council becoming a performance organisation
- Learning & development – commissioning and design of learning programmes to support Street Scene
Requirements
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Passionate individual who wants to work with the already established team to drive our future talent
- Ambition, innovation and drive, to support the growth and delivery of Talent, Learning & Early Careers, while promoting equality, diversity and inclusion
