iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading Scottish law firm in Edinburgh city centre to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. A fantastic opportunity for a graduate or school leaver with a genuine interest in finance.

The Company

A well established and highly performing legal firm that operates throughout the Scotland and offers a wealth of progression possibilities and personal development. They are looking to add an Accounts Administrator to their finance function. They are a hard-working, sociable team looking to add a friendly and hardworking individual into the team that fits into their dynamic company culture.

The Role

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Record all cases referred for an account onto the database, capturing relevant information throughout the account lifecycle
  • Ensure the ledger is accurate, up-to-date, and add a copy to the file
  • Lodge accounts within deadlines
  • Manage taxation diets, including data capturing, passing relevant forms to external accountants and cancelling unnecessary taxation diets
  • Liaise with relevant parties regarding payment information
  • Ensure invoices are processed by Accounts Payable for payment

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Preferably relevant experience within an administrative role
  • Good systems experience - including basic excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

The role of Accounts Administrator will offer a full-time salary and a generous benefits package. The offices are based in Edinburgh city centre, easily accessed by public transport. Hybrid working and flexitime.
