Based in Middlesbrough my client are looking to recruit a full time, permanent Project Coordinator to join their team.

Paying £27,000 including other benefits such as:

  • Pension
  • Competitive salary
  • 2pm finish on a Friday!
  • Monday – Thursday, 8 – 5 – Friday 8 – 2 with 1 hour for lunch
  • Free onsite parking
  • 25 days A/L plus bank holidays

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company, with a structured development program aimed towards a future Project Management role.

Duties include:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Communicate with clients to identify project requirements and update them on progress.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Support the project management team in the delivery of projects.
  • Attend and contribute to project meetings and provide detailed updates on project progress.

My client is looking for someone who has a flexible attitude who is a keen and enthusiastic team player, with excellent communication skills. Must be able to work as part of a small team to tight deadlines but equally capable to work individually.
