Hays is pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Co. Armagh to recruit an HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
As an HR Officer, you will work closely with the HR Manager and gain experience across the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, implementing a new HRIS System, revising existing HR Policies/procedures and assisting with performance and absence management.
Your new role
- Support with recruitment
- Support Line Managers in dealing professionally with employee relations matters
- Point of contact for all HR related queries
- Prepare and present HR metrics
- Support with the coordination of graduate and apprentice programmes
- Any other reasonable duties as may be required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an HR related role
- Experience with recruitment
- Good organisation skills
- Awareness of NI employment law and legislation IT Proficient
