Description
As an Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Finance Manager with financial reporting and month-end close processes.
- Processing invoices and managing the company's accounts payable.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Undertaking financial audits and coordinating with external auditors.
- Managing petty cash transactions and conducting bank reconciliations.
- Preparing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- Proficiency in financial software applications and MS Office.
