Venn Group are currently partnering with a well respected Not-for-Profit organisation who are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team.
Job title: Payroll Manager
Location: London
Rate: £30 - £35 per hour
Duties:
- Ensure all payroll data has been collated and put onto the payroll processing system
- Support with the running of the monthly payroll, calculating starters, leavers, maternity, sick pay, paternity etc
- Manage outsourced payroll, ensuring all information is submitted accurately and timely
- Manage the monthly and year end payroll process of employee pension schemes
- Collaborate with HR, notifying them of overpayment, maternity/paternity and other ad hoc pay calculations
- Ensure completion of monthly and year-end returns for submission to HMRC
Experience:
- Experience processing term time only pay and benefits
- Familiar with ITrent
