Reed are working with a well-established and customer focused organisation based in King's Lynn, recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor and looking for a proactive customer service professional to join the team on a permanent full time basis.
Role Tasks:
- Handle incoming customer calls and email enquiries regarding spare parts
- Logging call information on the CRM system
- Organising returns and collections.
- Chasing orders, due dates, PODs etc.
- Processing export quotes and orders, and dealing with queries.
- Handling service tasks
- Uploading invoices, raising credits, using customer portals for orders, invoices and quotations
- Investigating incorrect parts
- Logging and dealing with complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Working closely with other departments
Requirements
- Existing office-based experience within customer service, service coordination or sales administration.
- Confident telephone manner with strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, problem solve and use initiative
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Professional written communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
