Hybrid-Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm

An award-winning Accountancy firm requires an Administrator to join their growing People team to support the Head of People Development and Early Talent Advisor. Great opportunity to be involved in a fast paced and energetic environment and a place to learn new skills.

Role and responsibilities

  • Managing/supporting course enrolment and attendance tracking
  • Coordinate and communicating with external vendors for training logistics and timelines
  • Ensuring all documents and content is up to date and maintained
  • Update digital content and contribute to firm-wide L&D communications
  • Support in-house/Teams training and maintain documentation
  • Assisting with induction days and exam communication for trainees-weekly/daily
  • Monthly reporting on exam outcomes and updating relevant departments

The ideal candidate

  • Admin experience within L&D beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skill
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • Loves to coordinate, deadlines and documents
