  • Minuting meetings within the department
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Managing correspondence and communications
  • Maintaining and updating databases
  • Preparing reports and documents
  • Assisting with project management tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational policies
  • Supporting other departments as required

Profile

A successful 'Business Support Coordinator' should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience of taking minutes in meetings
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role would be an advantage
