Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for a fashion retail store with a well known brand. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail store are managed effectively and support the Store Manager. You will be creating a fun and exciting environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service every day!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Experience and Background:

Retail Expertise: Proven experience in retail, ideally in roles such as Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
Fashion or Accessory Knowledge: Background in the fashion or accessories sector, with a keen understanding of industry trends and customer preferences.
KPI and Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and budgets effectively, driving improvements in store performance.
Sales-Driven Track Record: A history of successfully driving sales and achieving performance goals.
Confident Leadership: A natural leader who motivates and inspires team members to reach their full potential.
Exceptional Customer Service: Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, hands on team player with previous exposure to working in retail environment. You must be prepared to lead your team from the front during peak times.
