We are seeking a Booking Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and administrative support within the Property sector in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, dealing with enquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Description

  • Handling reservation enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face
  • Updating and managing reservation system data
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
  • Working closely with the team to manage booking schedules
  • Dealing with customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property availability
  • Assisting with the coordination of property viewings
  • Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department

A successful Booking Coordinator should have:
