A Legal 500 award-winning law firm is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Development Solicitor/Legal Executive for their Southampton office. This is a permanent position with the opportunity for some remote working.
This firm is seeking an experienced lawyer with 3 to 6 years PQE in real estate development transactions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and extensive technical knowledge in this area. In addition, excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills are essential for this role. The ability to draught and negotiate a variety of real estate development documents is also required.

In return for your expertise and commitment to putting clients and colleagues first, this company offers a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per year dependent on experience. Additional benefits include a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, 25 days of annual leave with an additional day off at Christmas and on your birthday, as well as access to an online discounts platform.
