Shift Patterns:

Early: 7.00 am - 3.00 pm

Flexi: 9.30 am - 5.30 pm

Day: 8.30 am - 4.30 pm

Weekend Work: Required every four weeks
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service: Required.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting or facilities management is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to cover different shifts and work weekends as required.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with security arrangements for college buildings and grounds
- Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Keeping the site a tidy and litter-free environment
- Handling the movement of goods, furniture, and equipment across the site
- Keeping the grounds and gardens tidy and presentable
