A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate Receptionist/FOH who is well-presented and switched-on to join a top finance firm based in the West End.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage reception desk

Meeting room management inc diary and catering

Switchboard management

Support the wider team with admin as needed

Supplier and supply management

Ordering stationery and weekly food orders

Supplier and contractor coordination when onsite

Health & safety and fire warden duties

WHO YOU ARE

Requirements:

Well-presented, proactive and personable

Strong MS Office skills

Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Top notch communication skills

This role is paying up to £40k (DOE) plus discretionary bonus.
