The Role:

As Senior Sales Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, working to secure new business, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships across the EMEA region. You'll focus on retail execution products, helping businesses optimise their processes with cutting-edge digital solutions. Working closely with internal teams, you'll have the autonomy to lead sales campaigns and close major deals, while also contributing to the company's long-term vision for a sustainable, efficient supply chain.

What You'll Do:

  • Secure new business and meet annual sales targets.
  • Create and manage a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead and organise sales campaigns, coordinating with key departments like marketing, product strategy, and support services.
  • Engage with new clients, guiding them through the sales process with help from internal teams.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings throughout the sales process to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Present the value of our products in a compelling way, staying informed on market trends and competitors.
  • Work closely with the product team to develop solutions tailored to each client's needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in Sales development, especially in SaaS or service-based industries.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Strong time management skills and the flexibility to handle changing priorities..
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach, with a history of meeting quotas and managing territories.
